台越國際醫療合作開花：為彰顯恩主公醫院及陳榮基前院長對越南健康發展的重大貢獻，越南社會主義共和國衛生部長於2010年6月8日頒發「人民健康奉獻獎」給台灣恩主公醫院前院長陳榮基先生。(這是越南衛生部第一次頒發的國際醫療奉獻獎，得獎人為台灣的陳榮基醫師及兩位法國的外科醫師。)
