台灣駐越南的外交單位稱為[Taiwan Representive](台灣代表處).副代表徐漢淼是我新竹中學同學.他促成恩主公醫院與越南河內越德醫院的建教合作,大大提升越南的醫療水準.促成越南衛生部長頒給我[人民健康奉獻獎]

去年臺大醫院首次執行捐贈人活體肝臟移植,通知越德醫院院長在三天內到台北,以便次日觀摩.越德醫院請我幫忙促成台灣代表處馬上發給簽證.我寫如下的信給這位院長, 請他轉交我駐河內外交單位：
{Taiwan Embassy in Hanoi: Mr. Ambasador, I am inviting the director of Vietduc Hospital to come to Taipei in 3 days, to learn living doner hepatic transplantation. Please give help.}
他果然在三天內抵達台大醫院,順利學到此新技術.
這位院長以前是我介紹他來台灣學習肝臟移植的.
